In envisioning the ideal residential compound for Sheraton, we have meticulously crafted a harmonious blend of luxury and functionality. Our design encompasses a diverse range of villa types to cater to varied preferences and lifestyles. The standalone villas exude exclusivity , providing residents with ample space and privacy, while the twin villas foster a sense of community and companionship. The town villas offer a perfect balance between openness and intimacy, creating a neighborhood atmosphere within the compound. Additionally, our duplex villas offer innovative living spaces ,maximizing both style and efficiency. Each space is thoughtfully curated , incorporating elements of

PROJECT CONCEPT
Designing an effortless circulation flow in the floor plan to create a dynamic space that can adaptable to the homeowner’s preference. As well as creating spacious areas where light and unique furniture create a luxurious and vigorous blend.
- The main concept is to design a visually cohesive palette that manifests in an inviting and dynamic environment. The overall color scheme is a minimalistic neutral palette with the use of natural materials that create luxury and comfort for homeowners. It combines subtle tones and hues that are calming and enhance the user’s experience.
- A balance of materials that represent a natural palette ensures a refined and warm aesthetic, bringing a sense of comfort and warmth that will enhance the homeowner’s experience. As well as selecting an aeshteticlly pleasing artwork is the finishing touch that helps make a space feel cohesive and complete. The contemporary furniture selected is comfortable, functional, and fit within the Sheraton aesthetic through forms that are residential in feel and curved with soft, clean lines.
